Sales Process

When you first contact us we will need to know the following:

5. If there are any arrears with the tenants rent or any other issues which could affect the property value.
    
6. Please provide us with the lowest price you would accept for your property.
    
   It is extremely important that you provide us with the lowest price you would accept as, due to the volume of enquiries we receive from landlords, we will only enter into negotiations with landlords who are realistic in their price expectations for selling their property.
    
7. If we believe your price is realistic we will then look at your property and we will make a formal offer within 24 hours if we agree with your asking price.

9. McEwan Fraser will deal with all of the legal issues in assigning the tenancy agreement.
