You may not achieve full market value for your property by selling your property quickly through McEwan Fraser Investments and there may be other alternatives available to you such as selling on the open market with McEwan Fraser Legal Solicitors & Estate Agents.
There are many advantages to selling your property to McEwan Fraser Investments as you will not have the costs of a home information report, estate agency fees, marketing and advertising outlays, all of which can add up to several thousands of pounds.
McEwan Fraser can normally offer to buy your home or property within 21 days or can arrange an entry date to suit your own personal circumstances. You can even stay in your home once it has been sold until such time as you find another house, providing it is not a sale and rent back agreement.

It is important that you provide us with the lowest price that you would accept for your property as, due to the high volume of enquiries we receive from sellers, we can only enter into negotiations with property sellers who are realistic in their price expectations.

Let us know if there are any special features to your property that could increase its value, e.g. planning permission for an extension.

Also let us know if there are any problems with your property e.g. if the property suffers from settlement or if your property is in a flood zone etc. We will always establish this information once the property is surveyed so it's better to let us know early so we can adjust our offer accordingly and minimise legal costs to us both with an aborted offer for your house.

If we believe the price for your property is realistic and your property is of interest to McEwan Fraser Investments, we will then arrange to view your property. If we decide to proceed we will arrange a formal offer - normally within 24 hours - if we agree with your asking price.

If you accept our verbal offer for your property we will progress to a legal offer through our respective solicitors.
